Swift fans trying to access the American Express pre-sale, which was available to AMEX cardholders, were met with ‘SITE HELP’ instead of the gateway to the popstar’s long-awaited return to Australia via her Eras Tour.

Fans were told to log on Monday June 26 at 10am (AEST) for Sydney shows or 2pm for Melbourne shows. General release ticket sales are on from Friday, June 30. The AMEX site crashed 30 minutes before the pre-sale was set to start and at 10am, was still down. At the time of writing, Forbes Australia was still met with ‘a crashed page ‘SITE HELP’.

The VIP packages cost upwards of $1,000, with the most expensive package (including tickets and exclusive merchandise) priced at $1249.90.
