Jun Bei Liu, Portfolio Manager at Tribeca Investment Partners
Jun Bei Liu is the Portfolio Manager of Tribeca’s Alpha Plus Fund. Since taking over sole responsibility for managing the Fund, she has quadrupled AUM. She is a passionate, motivated, and dedicated investment manager having built an 18-year career at Tribeca, starting as an equity analyst in 2005 and spending several years as a Portfolio Manager, before taking over the Alpha Plus Fund in 2019.
Chantal Giles, Managing Director & Head of Wealth, Australasia at BlackRock
Chantal Giles, Managing Director, is Head of Wealth Australasia, within the Client Business team at Blackrock where she is responsible for leading BlackRock’s relationships with wealth whole portfolio clients, wealth management firms and platforms and for distributing BlackRock’s alpha-seeking and iShares investment capabilities, and the adoption of BlackRock’s portfolio construction capabilities.
Ben Burston, Chief Economist at Knight Frank Australia
Ben is an experienced property economist and market commentator, having spent ten years in London working in a range of global and regional research roles, and possess a strong track record within the Real Estate industry. He presents regularly to clients and at industry events on global and local market trends and on the outlook for the economy and property markets. He leads Knight Frank’s team of property research professionals, spanning all states and sectors within Real Estate, and oversees Knight Franks’ Research consultancy service, which provides strategic advice to institutional, government and private clients to assist with their decision making.
Gemma Dale, Director, SMSF and Investor Behaviour at NAB Trade
Gemma Dale is the Director of SMSF and Investor Behaviour at nabtrade. She hosts the fortnightly podcast Your Wealth, which focuses on markets and investing. Gemma is a regular media commentator, featuring on platforms such as ABC, SBS, AFR, and more. She also oversees nabtrade’s content and insights.
Before assuming her current role, Gemma served as NAB’s Head of SMSF Solutions, where she was responsible for curating and developing NAB’s suite of SMSF offerings across banking and wealth, including product development, marketing, and distribution. Alison has over 20 years of experience working in Australian and global asset management with roles spanning product development, strategy, client distribution, legal, compliance, regulatory and government affairs as well as the COO function. Alison brings these skills to her leadership of UBS Asset Management and its goal of partnering with clients and industry to reimagine the power of investing and connect people for a better world.
Prior to joining UBS Alison was General Counsel and Head of Compliance at BlackRock, becming Chair of the Australian Board in 2019 and COO Australasia in 2020.
Robyn Langsford, Global Lead, KPMG Private Enterprise Family Business
Robyn is a trusted adviser to privately held businesses including family businesses and offices, startups and expanding businesses. She also provides experience and capability in self-managed superannuation funds.
Robyn has more than 25 years’ experience working closely with private clients to deliver strategic financial and tax advice tailored to their business and the challenges they face. She has a broad skill base and diverse experience that enables her to solve multidisciplinary problems and add value.

Sam McVay, Managing Partner at McVay Real Estate
Sam headed up a portfolio of 400+ properties, running redevelopment, capital transactions and the leasing divisions. Mark Whittaker is a Walkley-Award winning journalist with nearly four decades of experience in media, specializing in long-form journalism. He has authored, co-authored, and ghostwritten 15 books, including the bestseller Sins of the Brother and Mike Willesee’s memoirs. His work has been featured in diverse publications, from The New York Times to The Weekend Australian Magazine.
