Meta’s Twitter rival “Threads” launched in over 100 countries on Thursday, allowing users to sign up to the app using their Instagram accounts.

Meta will release Instagram Threads, its latest response to its social media rivals, on Thursday.

An Apple App Store listing suggests Threads users will be able to use their Instagram handles and easily port followers over.
