Andrew’s role as a tenant advocate has seen him working closely with an array of clients, from “West African Government Agencies, the Permanent Mission of Benin and Gabon to the United Nations, to World banks such as, the worlds largest Bank, The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, to India’s largest Textile Manufacturers, Devgiri and Surya, as well as Globally Publicly Traded Companies like Sirius XM Holdings and even in Australia with satellite locations of many clients including Live Nation.” The challenge lies in navigating the diverse needs of these clients, each with distinct goals and expectations.

In our conversation, Andrew shares his strategies for success in this dynamic field. “Understanding the specific needs of each client is crucial,” he notes. “It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. You need to listen, adapt, and tailor your strategies to align with their business objectives. In today’s workplace it is just as important to balance the goals of the workplace with the objectives its leadership has for its workforce.”

Andrew reflects on self-awareness and how it plays a pivotal role in the fast-paced world of real estate and has began to integrate his mindset of self-awareness to the workforce of his clients thru training and educational programming.”Cultivating self-awareness is like having a compass in this field,” he says. “It allows you to navigate challenges, make informed decisions, and build meaningful relationships.”

For Andrew, self-awareness isn’t just a buzzword; it’s a daily practice. “Knowing your strengths and weaknesses allows you to assemble a team that complements your skills,” he adds. “It’s about being honest with yourself and others, creating an environment where everyone can thrive”

Beyond his role as a real estate professional, Andrew provides training to the younger workforce thru both remote and live training educating the future leaders of companies on conflict resolution, self-reflection, and effective teamwork building. He also owns a Manhattan event space, where he hosts events for global companies to practice such team building, called FIFTY-FOUR NYC.”
