Jacob & Co, the luxury watchmaker behind some of the world’s most extravagant timepieces, has found a new home in Australia, with Hardy Brothers securing the official stocklist.
Lauded for its audacity in design, Jacob & Co. pieces have long been the choice of international luminaries like Rihanna, Ronaldo, Drake, Bella Hadid, and Jay Z – and until this year, Australians haven’t been able to buy the celebrity-favoured designs over the counter.
Now, the New York-based watches are coming down under in a new partnership.
Considered one of Australia’s leading luxury jewellers, Hardy Brothers have added some of the classic Jacob & Co timepieces to join the likes of OMEGA, Breitling, and Longines in its Sydney flagship.
“With our 170-year-long legacy of unmatched craftsmanship, we’re committed to delivering unparalleled luxury experiences in Australia. By welcoming Jacob & Co. Watches into our curated range, we underscore our ambition and ardour for excellence in the country’s luxury retail domain,” Alexander Bishop, Hardy Brothers Operations Manager said.
Here’s a glimpse into some of the masterpieces set to grace the Australian shelves:
The Casino Series
Not just a watch, but an experience, the Casino series pays homage to the elegance of chance. Featuring a genuine casino game at its heart and a transparent back revealing a meticulously designed roulette wheel, it epitomises the brand’s fusion of art and engineering.
Astronomia Collection
Delving deep into the mysteries of our universe, the Astronomia range is less a watch and more a cosmic marvel. The collection underscores Jacob & Co.’s mastery, with its exceptional four-arm movement, each bearing a distinct complication or artistic creation. Encased within a mesmerising sapphire crystal, it’s a moving tableau that evokes wonder.
Epic X Series
Embracing the ethos of modern luxury, the Epic X series amalgamates function and fashion. Its architectural beauty and the view of the inner mechanics make it more of a contemporary masterpiece. Whether crafted in superior-grade titanium or embraced in rose gold, it’s hard to go wrong with any of the Epic X series.
