Jamie Fraser is perhaps the youngest CEO in the world who is a highschool dropout, yet ended up founding a staffing solution business, supplying talents to global tech giants including Microsoft. A self-made man, Jamie attributes most of his success to hard work and determination. Even at an early age, he had the unique character of never depending on others to get his things done or to attain his achievements. The negativity and pessimistic influences around him hardly affected his determination and confidence. The only aim which moved his spirit forward was becoming successful in life and proving to the world that even the impossible is possible with courage and commitment.
Jamie Fraser was born in the United Kingdom in 1993. He realized at a very early age that he wanted to have a successful life but school wasn’t the place for him to achieve that. He dropped out of school and pursued his passion for entrepreneurship. Being a hard worker with extraordinary confidence, he tried his hand at a number of ventures including working in a fish market and selling women’s clothes among others. He used to get up very early and reach the stalls in the clothes market at 3 O’clock in the morning every day. He sacrificed the usual comforts and convenience a teenager was entitled to, for his ambition of becoming a successful entrepreneur.
Even if Jamie joined a company as a salesperson, he couldn’t continue there as an ordinary employee for long. Despite his hard work and dedication, and being one of the highest-performing contract billers in the company, Jamie hardly got recognition and couldn’t go to the next level in the organization. He left the organization when he was just 22 years old. While most of his companions were following the usual way of getting educated, finding a job and getting used to it for a lifetime, Jamie was busy trying really hard to start a company on his own.
Jamie, without any cash injection from investors, founded his company InterEx staffing and recruitment solutions in 2016 with his own money when he was just 23 years old. He started with a small room and a computer initially and expanded the company into a global firm with offices in the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Today Jamie Fraser is a successful entrepreneur and CEO of InterEx which specializes in Microsoft & Cloud recruitment. He focuses on Cloud, Security, Microsoft, BI & Data. He self-funded the growth of the business to today where he has 15 heads in central London with the ambition to scale. What makes him unique is his passion, hunger and belief in his own abilities and hard work.
