Key Background
SafetyCulture confirmed Vohs as its new CEO on Monday afternoon, with founder Luke Anear stepping into the role of Executive Chairman from January 2025.
“I couldn’t be any prouder of the impact SafetyCulture has had on the world to date, but we are just getting started, and it still feels like we are 1% of the way there! In 2022, I set a goal to 100x the business by 2032, and just two years on, it’s now only 50x to reach that goal,” Anear said.
“We are very fortunate to have such a large opportunity in front of us and we have all the foundations to execute on that opportunity.”

The September funding round, led by Airtree Ventures, was the largest for a private software company in 2024. It allocated $75 million to new capital and allowed existing shareholders to realise some liquidity. This comes as the company continues to expand globally, opening a new office in Manchester and targeting 100 million users by 2032.
In a statement provided to Forbes Australia, SafetyCulture said Vohs, who was previously a CEO at Blackstone portfolio companies, brings direct experience as a former iAuditor user.
“I’ve seen firsthand the potential SafetyCulture’s platform has to completely transform workplaces, help teams improve and keep people safe. I’m ready to tackle the challenge of helping even more customers start that journey,” Vohs said.
